A bathroom renovation needs more than new tiles and fixtures. The layout, existing plumbing, waterproofing and installation all need to work together. Our approach is to look at the whole project before work begins, then keep each stage organised so the finished bathroom is practical, well-finished and suited to the home. With 16 years of hands-on experience and 700+ satisfied customers, we know how to deal with the small details that can make a big difference to the final result.
16 Years of Renovation Experience
We have worked with different bathroom layouts, older homes and renovation requirements over the years. That experience helps us spot practical issues early and plan the work around the existing space.Clear & Practical Pricing
We base our quotes on the actual work your bathroom requires. By looking at the layout, existing fittings, plumbing and finishes, we can give you a clearer idea of what is involved before the renovation starts.Reliable Project Management
We keep the renovation stages organised from the initial preparation through to the finishing work. This means plumbing, waterproofing, tiling and fixture installation are completed in the right order rather than left for you to coordinate.Careful Preparation & Safety
Before installing anything new, we properly prepare the space and check the areas that matter. Plumbing, waterproofing and installation work are handled carefully because problems hidden behind a finished bathroom can be costly to fix later.Workmanship Built Around Your Space
We do not treat every bathroom as the same job. The position of the shower, vanity, toilet, storage and other fittings can affect how comfortably you use the room, so we focus on making the available space work better.Trusted by 700+ Customers
More than 700 satisfied customers have chosen our services over the years. For us, a successful renovation is not simply about finishing the work; it is about leaving the homeowner with a bathroom they can use comfortably every day.

For homeowners wanting everything updated, our Complete Bathroom Renovation service can cover the entire room. We begin with planning and Bathroom Demolition, then prepare the space for plumbing, waterproofing, wall and floor finishes. We install the shower, vanity, toilet, tapware and accessories before completing the tiling and final finishing work. This gives you one coordinated Full Bathroom Renovation rather than a collection of separate jobs.

Sometimes the bathroom itself is not the problem — the way the space is arranged is. Our Custom Bathroom Renovation approach starts by looking at the existing layout and how you use the room. We can work through shower positioning, vanity placement, storage and movement around the bathroom to create a more practical arrangement. Where an old layout no longer works, our Bathroom Design and Bathroom Redesign work can give the room a much better flow.
-
A smaller bathroom still needs to feel comfortable and easy to use. With a Small Bathroom Renovation, we look closely at how the available floor space can be used without overcrowding the room. Shower placement, vanity size, storage and fixture selection all matter. We can also update dated finishes as part of a practical Bathroom Upgrade or Bathroom Makeover, giving the space a cleaner and more functional finish.
-
If you want a more refined bathroom, our Luxury Bathroom Renovation service can be built around the finishes and fixtures you prefer. We can work with a custom layout, premium fittings, feature tiles and carefully selected details while keeping the room practical. Our focus with a Modern Bathroom Renovation is not simply adding expensive products, but making sure the materials, layout and finishing work sit well together.

An old or awkward shower can be replaced as part of the renovation. We can remove the existing unit, prepare the area and complete a new Shower Installation based on the planned layout. For customers wanting easier access, Walk-In Shower Installation can also be considered where the bathroom structure and design allow it. Proper preparation and Bathroom Waterproofing are completed before the new shower area is finished.
-
Replacing the main bathroom fixtures can make a noticeable difference to how the room works. Our Toilet Installation and Vanity Installation services can include removing existing fixtures, preparing the connections and fitting the new units. We can also handle Bathroom Vanity Replacement, basin and tapware installation, storage solutions and other Bathroom Fixture Installation as part of the wider renovation.
-
The finish of a bathroom depends heavily on what happens underneath it. We prepare the relevant surfaces before completing Bathroom Waterproofing, followed by wall and floor Bathroom Tiling. Once the tiles and fittings are in place, we take care of the finishing details, including silicone work around suitable areas. This stage forms an important part of a properly completed renovation rather than being treated as an afterthought.
-
We also renovate private ensuites and larger master bathrooms. An Ensuite Renovation can involve changing the shower, vanity, toilet and layout to make better use of a compact room. For a Master Bathroom Renovation, there is usually more flexibility with the arrangement, allowing us to consider the position and size of the main fixtures as part of a broader Ensuite Bathroom Renovation or complete upgrade.

If you are adding another toilet or combining bathroom facilities with a laundry, we can help plan the space around the available plumbing and room dimensions. These projects require careful consideration of the Bathroom Plumbing, fixture positions, access and day-to-day use. Our Bathroom Renovation Design approach keeps the layout practical while making the most of an additional bathroom or laundry area.

Bathroom Renovation Job History
Donna's Bathroom Renovation in Rosebud
One of our recent customers, Donna, contacted us through our website about her bathroom on Cairns Ave, Rosebud. The existing bathroom had become difficult to use, with an outdated layout, worn tiles, an old vanity and shower, and not enough storage for the space. Rather than replacing a few fittings and leaving the same problems behind, we planned a complete bathroom upgrade around how Donna wanted to use the room.
We started by removing the existing fixtures and fittings, including the old vanity and tiles. Once the room was cleared, we inspected the existing plumbing and the bathroom structure to see what needed attention before the new installation could begin. Where required, we updated the plumbing so the new fixtures could be positioned correctly.
The next step was planning the new layout. We worked around the available space to improve the position of the shower, vanity and other fittings while making the bathroom easier to move around. Once the preparation was complete, we carried out the required Bathroom Waterproofing before installing the new wall and floor tiles.
We then fitted the new shower, vanity and basin, along with the tapware and toilet. Bathroom accessories were installed after the main fixtures were in place, followed by the silicone work and final finishing details.
The completed bathroom had a cleaner layout, better storage and a much more practical shower area. Most importantly, the new arrangement suited Donna's requirements and gave the bathroom a fresh, modern finish without wasting the available space.
This Rosebud project is a good example of why we look at the whole bathroom before starting the renovation. The goal was not simply to replace old fittings. We needed to make the space work better, deal with the existing services properly and finish each stage so the new bathroom felt like one complete renovation.
Our Bathroom Renovation Process
A well-managed renovation comes down to doing each stage in the right order. When you choose us for Bathroom Renovation in Rosebud, we work through the project step by step, keeping the preparation, installation and finishing connected rather than treating each part as a separate job.
-
We start by talking through the existing bathroom, what you want changed and how you use the space. This gives us a clear understanding of the layout, fixtures and improvements you are looking for.
-
We look over the bathroom, including the existing fittings, plumbing and available space. This helps us identify work that may need attention before the new bathroom is installed.
-
We work out where the shower, vanity, toilet and other fittings will go. Our aim is to make the layout practical for everyday use while making good use of the available space.
-
We remove the old fixtures, fittings, tiles and other items that are being replaced. The area is then prepared for the next stages of the renovation.
-
Where required, we update or adjust the plumbing to suit the new layout and fixtures. Getting these connections right before the walls and floors are finished helps avoid unnecessary problems later.
-
We complete the required waterproofing before the final wall and floor finishes are installed. This stage is an important part of preparing the bathroom for the new tiles and fixtures.
-
We move through the installation of tiles, shower, vanity, basin, toilet, tapware and accessories. Once the main work is complete, we take care of silicone and the smaller finishing details.
-
Before we consider the job finished, we review the completed bathroom and check the installation and finishing work. We make sure the renovated space is ready for the homeowner to use.
Local Expertise
Bathroom renovations suited to Rosebud homes
Rosebud has a mix of established homes, older bathrooms and newer properties, so a bathroom renovation is rarely a simple matter of replacing a few fixtures. Some homes have compact layouts, dated fittings or plumbing that was installed many years ago, while others need a complete redesign to make better use of the available space.
Around Rosebud Plaza, the Rosebud foreshore and homes along Point Nepean Road, we see plenty of bathrooms where the layout no longer works well for the people living there. A renovation might mean opening up a cramped shower area, replacing an old vanity, improving storage or completely changing the bathroom layout. We look at the existing space first and then work out what will make the finished bathroom more practical.
Local homes across the Mornington Peninsula
We regularly work with homeowners in Rosebud, Rosebud West, McCrae, Dromana, Capel Sound and Rye. The homes can vary considerably in age, size and layout, which means the same renovation plan will not work for every property.
For an older Rosebud bathroom, we may need to work around existing plumbing, walls and floor levels. In a smaller bathroom in McCrae or Dromana, careful planning can make a big difference to how much usable space you get. For larger bathrooms, homeowners may want a new layout, walk-in shower, better storage or a more modern ensuite-style finish.
Our approach is simple: understand the bathroom you have, listen to what you want changed and build the renovation around the property rather than forcing a standard design onto it.

Bathroom Renovation Cost & Quotes
The Bathroom Renovation Cost can vary from one home to another, so we do not give a one-size-fits-all price before seeing the actual bathroom. Our renovation pricing starts from $5,000, while the final cost is confirmed after we assess the space and prepare a detailed Bathroom Renovation Quote.
The Bathroom Renovation Prices will depend on factors such as the bathroom size, existing layout, demolition required, plumbing changes, waterproofing, tiles, vanity, shower or bath, toilet, fixtures and your preferred finishes. If you are comparing your options, we can provide a clear Bathroom Renovation Estimate based on the actual work involved, rather than giving you a rough figure that may change later.
Starting price: From $5,000

About the Area
All about Rosebud, Mornington Peninsula
Rosebud is a coastal town on the Mornington Peninsula, where homes range from older established properties to newer houses and holiday homes. It is the main area where we carry out bathroom renovations, with many homeowners looking to update bathrooms that are dated, cramped or no longer suit the way their family uses the space.
Homes around Rosebud Plaza, the foreshore and Point Nepean Road can vary quite a lot in age and layout. That means a bathroom renovation is not always about choosing new tiles and fixtures. The existing plumbing, room size, floor layout and condition of the bathroom all need to be considered before the work starts.
Older homes and different bathroom layouts
Many established Rosebud homes have bathrooms that were designed years ago, when bathrooms were often smaller and had fewer storage or shower options.
For some homeowners, the answer is a complete bathroom renovation. For others, a better result may come from changing the shower, replacing the vanity, improving storage or making better use of the existing floor space.
We look at the bathroom as it is before recommending what should change. If the existing layout works, there is no reason to make the renovation more complicated than it needs to be.
Renovations across the Mornington Peninsula
Our work is centred around Rosebud, but we also help homeowners in Rosebud West, McCrae, Dromana, Capel Sound and Rye.
Every property can present something different. A compact bathroom in McCrae may need careful planning to make the most of limited space, while a larger home in Rosebud may have room for a walk-in shower, larger vanity, ensuite or a completely redesigned layout.
The goal is to make the finished bathroom work properly for the home and the people using it every day.
Practical design and a clean finish
Bathroom renovations involve more than making the room look modern. Waterproofing, tiling, plumbing, drainage, ventilation and the placement of fixtures all need to work together.
We help homeowners consider practical details such as shower access, vanity storage, toilet placement, lighting and how easy the finished bathroom will be to maintain.
Whether you are updating a tired family bathroom or planning a complete renovation, we focus on creating a space that looks good and works well.

The timeframe depends on the bathroom size, layout, demolition, plumbing changes, waterproofing, tiling and selected fittings. A straightforward renovation can move faster than a project requiring major layout or plumbing changes. After inspecting your bathroom, we can give you a more realistic timeframe based on the actual work required.
-
Yes. Bathroom Waterproofing is an important stage before the final wall and floor finishes are installed. We prepare the relevant areas and complete the required waterproofing before moving on to tiling and fixture installation. The exact preparation required depends on the bathroom and the renovation work being carried out.
